Prash is the CEO of MAC Technology Services Private Limited. He is also the founder for Bangaloretoons.com. It is his primary responsibility to acquire new clients for MAC Technology in India and in places like USA and Europe. As a person, Prash is motivated by the idea of turning MAC Technology into a truly global enterprise. His technical leadership, team-building skills, business skills, inspiring vision and his passion for perfection, are appreciated by all the clients who have been served by MAC Technology Services Private Limited.

Through the years Prash has had the chance to head different divisions in the company. He had been the in charge of business development, of delivery, of software architecture and of operations. As a CEO, he now has the complete responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of the company. It is his mission to turn MAC Technology into a globally admired web & software Development Company. With the support of the other business and technical leaders who are part of MAC Technology , Prash is focused on encouraging innovation in web and software development.

In the past, he has worked as consultant to many IT Giants in India. Prash also has extensive experience of working in New Zealand, and Australia.


Vishnuraj Rao
Vishnuraj Rao has experience in IT Consulting, Solutioning, Management consulting, , Business Strategy, Innovation, and Delivery Management. He has handled accounts in North America, EMEA, APAC and India. Worked in BFSI, Retail, Energy, Utilities, Telecom domains for FORTUNE 500 and Global 1000 clients. He has worked in companies like Accenture, Infosys, Oracle, Ajilon Services, Wipro. He has Bachelor of Engineering from REC/NITK Surathkal and MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management.
He has Patents in the area of Cost Reduction and Non Linear Pricing.

He has full life-cycle experience in BI/Data Warehousing,IBM mainframe, Web, Client/server, Mobile technologies and ERP Some of the client's he has handled are Bank of America, American Express, Citibank, Swiss Re, CIGNA, AETNA,ING, JC Penny,SalliMae,Target,Nike,Pfizer,Hafslund, ZKB, Barclays, Westpac,ANZ,IAG,Douglas County, United Airlines,Deloitte,Microsoft, US State and Fed Government .

John Sebastian
He comes on board with an industry wide experience spanning more than 10 years. His expertise covers areas like IT Training, System Development and Maintenance, Customer Service and BPO, He has fine tuned Service Delivery models based on the guide lines of eSCM L-5 and ITIL. Throughout his career he has dealt extensively with clients from NAM, EMEA and AU and NZL. Prior to coming on board with MAC Technology he was associated industry bigwigs like Sutherland Technologies and Satyam Computers. He comes on board with a vision to take MAC Technology to be one of the leading integrated IT Solution Company in the global space, needless to say he believes in his vision strongly.

At MAC Technology he would be responsible for the end to end activities of complete Delivery and Operations Management. His acute ability to lead diverse teams, develop and maintain Project, Deployment and Transition plans,  Resource Utilization planning,  develop FLCM for the projects, envisioning Future Approach, Client Management, Vendor Management, People Management skills and Technology experience  is his strength that makes him believe in his Vision. He believes in the saying “Action speak louder than words”. His dedication and commitment is well recognized by clients.

J P Misra
J P Misra is responsible for our global delivery function, resource management and client delight focus across all our operating geographies. Prior to joining Mac Technology JP worked for Infosys Technologies where he managed delivery of multimillion dollar projects dealing in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, healthcare, Banking and Services Domain. Prior to Infosys he held leadership positions with TCS and managed award winning projects.

A qualified Technocrat, trained and seasoned Professional, having over 15 years of rich and insightful experience, including over 60 months of working in International environment, involved in Management/Leadership of Global Delivery Model based Projects based on technology horizontals like EAM applications implementation, web application Development, Data warehousing and back office financial applications, for wide range of verticals in USA, Europe and APAC regions.

JP holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Green Belt certifications in Six Sigma methodology and is certified in project management processes. He is also Microsoft Certified Application developer in .net Technology and certified SQL Server Database Administrator. He is Passionate about Quality Management through Software Quality Assurance, Software Quality Planning and Software Quality Control as well as Development Process Improvement following SEI-CMM Models and has equal expertise in Client Relation Management, by Defining Retention & Growth Strategy, Establishing and developing contacts at all levels including Decision Makers (C level), Clear Understanding & Finalization of Requirement, Solution Design/Product or Service Identification, Presentation & Negotiation of Technical & Commercial aspects, Continuous Interaction during the Process of Transaction for achieving maximum satisfaction of all stake holders.

Shantanu
Shantanu is a member of the Board of Directors of Mac Technology Pvt Limited. Shan, as he is fondly called, has over one decade of IT leadership experience. He has played a pivotal role in various companies in the evolution of the Global Delivery Model and pre sales primarily in US market.

Shan started his career journey in 1993 by first spearheading as engineer at Modi Xerox, followed by client relationships in North American region for over a decade. Over the years, Shan has been known to foster innovation, leadership, teamwork and work values within the organization. He is a master of verticals like Manufacturing, Financial, Insurance and served many companies through his knowledge and experience.

On April, 2011, Shan joined Mac Technology as Director, Business Development and has been serving this role since. His focus has been on strategic alliances/partnership, increasing competitiveness, improving customer experience and increasing the depth of services.

Shan received a master's degree in Manufacturing Management from the University Of Toledo, Ohio and currently pursuing executive management program in IIMB.

Akash Chandrakar
He is a B.Tech Graduate from College of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar specializing in domain of Information technology. His passion for entrepreneurship encouraged him to give up a lucrative job in Infosys Technologies Ltd. He started his professional career, as a Software Engineer at Infosys where he had worked for clients like Kraft, Nordstrom, Williams Sonoma, GAP etc. He was also associated with Compliance Training Inc, USA for the development and enhancement of Learning Management System for clients like Baxter International.
After working for around half a decade with Infosys, Akash joined hands with MAC in spear heading its Technical Development Team. Akash specializes in Microsoft Technological solutions, ERP based product development and Retail domain.

As an IT Head at MAC Technology, Akash's strong technical knowledge in web and windows based applications and web development has been cardinal in implementing new and innovative technologies, as well as entering new markets for the services that MAC Software Projects is providing.
