Prash is the CEO of MAC Technology Services Private Limited. He is also the founder for Bangaloretoons.com. It is his primary responsibility to acquire new clients for MAC Technology in India and in places like USA and Europe. As a person, Prash is motivated by the idea of turning MAC Technology into a truly global enterprise. His technical leadership, team-building skills, business skills, inspiring vision and his passion for perfection, are appreciated by all the clients who have been served by MAC Technology Services Private Limited.
Through the years Prash has had the chance to head different divisions in the company. He had been the in charge of business development, of delivery, of software architecture and of operations. As a CEO, he now has the complete responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of the company. It is his mission to turn MAC Technology into a globally admired web & software Development Company. With the support of the other business and technical leaders who are part of MAC Technology , Prash is focused on encouraging innovation in web and software development.
In the past, he has worked as consultant to many IT Giants in India. Prash also has extensive experience of working in New Zealand, and Australia.

Mr. John Sebastian

He comes on board with an industry wide experience spanning more than 10 years. His expertise covers areas like IT Training, System Development and Maintenance, Customer Service and BPO, He has fine tuned Service Delivery models based on the guide lines of eSCM L-5 and ITIL. Throughout his career he has dealt extensively with clients from NAM, EMEA and AU and NZL. Prior to coming on board with MAC Technology he was associated industry bigwigs like Sutherland Technologies and Satyam Computers. He comes on board with a vision to take MAC Technology to be one of the leading integrated IT Solution Company in the global space, needless to say he believes in his vision strongly.
At MAC Technology he would be responsible for the end to end activities of complete Delivery and Operations Management. His acute ability to lead diverse teams, develop and maintain Project, Deployment and Transition plans,  Resource Utilization planning,  develop FLCM for the projects, envisioning Future Approach, Client Management, Vendor Management, People Management skills and Technology experience  is his strength that makes him believe in his Vision. He believes in the saying “Action speak louder than words”. His dedication and commitment is well recognized by clients.

Varun Kumar
Management
Varun is the President of MAC Technology Services Private Limited. He is directly responsible for managing business operations in Australia, Japan and Singapore. He has played a stellar role in introducing several clients to MAC Technology Services Private Limitedand under his leadership, out list of customers continues to grow at a very fast pace.
Varun has a proven ability to network with potential customers and partners; he is clearly focused towards creating the kind of products that may meet every possible need of the clients who have entrusted their work to MAC Technology. Prior to MAC Technology Services Private Limited, Varun had been working for companies like Wipro, I-flex Solutions, and Ezed Technologies. He holds Master degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University.
